BY THE ADDITION THERETO OF SECTIONS 4.15 and 5.31.
The City Council of the City of Tustin, California,
does ordain as follows:
The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Tustin, being

Ordinance No. 157, as amended, is hereby modified and amended by
the addition therebo of Section 4.15, to read as follows:

trict.

subject to the issuance of a

metering and regulating sta-

The Zoning Ordinance of the City'of Tustin, No. 157, as
amended, is hereby modified and amended by the addition of
Section 5-31, to read as follows:
Section ~.)l: No dwelling or main building one-story
in height shall be close~ than ten (lO) feet to any other dwelling
or main building of equal height on the same building site; and
no dwelling or main building ~wo stories in height shall be
closer ~nan l~ fe~L to any other dwelling or main building upon
the same building site.
It is hereby found and determined that the public interest,
necessity, public health and welfare require the immediate passage
and adoption of this Ordinance, as an emergency measure, to be,
and the sa~e is hereby declared effective upon its~ adoption
this date.
PASSED IND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Tustin, held on the 18th day of February, 1963.

second reading and duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting
held on the 18th day of February, 1963, by the following vote:
