The Zoning Ordinance of the' City of T~sti~[ No. 157, as amended, is hereby modified and amended by the addition of Section 5.31, to read as follows:: Section ~.31: No dwelling or main buklding one- story in height shall be close~'than ten (lO) feet to any other dwelling or main building of equal height on ~the same building site; and no dw&lling or main building wto stories in height shall be closer than 15 feet to any other dwelling or main building upon the same building site.
