AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN, AMENDING SECTION 8.4 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 157, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 175 OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN.
The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does
ordain as follows:
Section 8.4 of Ordinance No. 157, as amended by Ordinance
No. 175, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Tustin, is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Section 8.4: At t~s close of the public hearing, the
City Council may affirm, reverse or modify the decision of the
Planning Coinmission. If the Council does not take any action on the
appeal within sixty (60) days after the filing thereof the
Commission's action shall be deemed affirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tustin, held on the 4th day of March, 1963.

number of the members of the City Council of the City of Tustin is
five; that the above and foregoing Ordinance w~as duly and regularly
introduced and read at the regular meeting of the city council held
on the 18th day of February, 1963, and was given its second reading
and duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting held on the 4th
day of March, 1963, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN Doney, Sheridan, Humeston, Mack, Klingelhofer
NOES: COUNCILMEN None
Absent: COUNCILSHEN None
