ORDINANCE NO. 193
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 97 TO PROVIDE FOR A BOND
FOR THE CITY TREASURER.
The City Council of the City of Tustin does ordain as
follows:
Section 1: Section 2 of Ordinance No. 97 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Before entering uoon duties of their offices, the
City Clerk and the City Treasurer shall execute a Bond to
the City, in the penal sum of $25,000.00.
