AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
MODIFYING & AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN RE REZONING THE PROPERTY OF
TUSTIN LAND COMPANY TO THE * P-D ZONE.
The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does
ordain as follows:
Section 1: The City Council finds and Getermines that a
proper application for rezoning was filed on' behalf of Tustin Land
Co. for rezoning from the R-1 to the P-D Zone of the property
comprising approximately 2.1 acres southerly of the Atchison,
Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad, and northerly of the Orange County
Flood Channel, described as Parcel 103-230-45 of Tract 4521, Tustin,
California.
SECTION 2: The Planning Commission duly held anregularly
called and noticed meeting on said application, and recommended
ap~oroval of said zone change.
SECTION 3: The City Council duly held a regularly called
and noticed meeting, and determined that said property should be
rezoned to the P-D Zone.
SECTION ~: The Zoning Map of the City of Tustin hereby
is modified and amendedby the change from the R-1 to the P-D
Zone of the aforedescribed property.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tustin, held on the 3rd day of December, 1962.

whole number of the members of the City Council of the City of Tustin
is five; that the above and foregoing Ordinance was duly and
regularly introduced and read it the regular meeting of the City
Council held on the i9th day of November, 1962, and was given its
second reading and duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting
held on the 3rd day of December, 1962, by the following vote:
