AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY 0F TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA, BY CHANGING THE PROPERTY ON THE '
NORTH SIDE OF THIRD TO THE C-2 ZONE.
The City Council of the City of Tustin, California,
does ordain as follows;
~: The City Council~ of the City of Tustin,
finds and determines that reZoning procedures were regular-
ly commenced on the Resolution of the Planning Commission
for rezoning of the property described as:
The East 100 feet of Lot 10; the east 100
feet of the north 12 feet of Lot 11; Lot 11
(except the north 12 feet thereof); and Lot
12, of Block 7, Tustin City, as shown on a
map thereof recorded in Book 4, pages 218 and
219, Mist. Records of Los Angeles, California.
Section 2: The Planning Commission of the City
of Tustin, duly called, noticed and held a public hear-
ing on said proposed change on September 11, 1962, in
accordance with Ordinance 157, as amended. At said
hearing the following person(s ) spoke:
Lloyd T. Ebel - in favor of rezoni~.
Section ~.:~ .The Planning Commission found and
detemined that the public interest would be preserved
and promoted by rezoning to C-2 and ~ecommended Pezoni~
to the C-2 zone. -
SeOtiOn. 4: The City Coboil duly ca~ed, noticed
and held a public hearing on said proposed zone change in
the Comcil Chambers of the

.Section 5_: The City Council finds and determines
that it is in the public interest and in the furtherance
of proper zoning of the City of Tustin to rezone said

property to the C-2 zone, and does hereby modify and amend
the zoning map of the City of Tustin, adopted, approved and
incorporated by Ordinance 157, as amended, by change of the
above-described' property C-2 zone.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tustin, California, bled on the 5th day of Novembe, 1962.
