ORDINANCE NO. 187
AN ORDINANCE 0F THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA, BY CHANGING THE PROPERTY 0F TRUXTON
CORPORATION TO THE PD ZONE.
The City Council of the City~ of Tu. stin, California
does ordain as follows:
Section 1: The City Council finds and determines that
a proper application was filed on behalf of Truxton Corpora-
tion for a change of zone to the PD zone of the property de-
scribed as:
The south ha',t,~fof lot "F" of the Stafford
and Tustin Tract, as shown on a map record-
ed in Book Two (2)-, pages 618 and 619 of
Miscellaneous Records, of Los Angeles
County, California.
Excepting therefrom that por~i0n encluded, ~,!'i ~li~,
within the land described in parcel 10, of
a Final Order of Condemnation by the State
of California, a certified copy of which
was recorded AuEust 16, 1954, in Book 2793,
page 423, of 0fficisl Records.
Also excepting therefrom that portion en-
cludedi~ within the land described in parcel
was recorded May 17, 1961, in Book 5724, Page
681 of Official Records'
Section 2: The Planning C~ission of the City

said proposed change on eptember ~ 1962, in accordance .~
with Ordinance 157 as sinended. At s~id hearing the following

mined that ,the public interest would be preserved and pro-
moted by rezoning to PD zone.
Section 4: The City Council duly called, noticed and
held a public he~r~g on I~aid proposed zone change in the
Council Chambers of the City Hall, Tustin, California, at
7:30 P.M., on amended. At said hearing the following
person( s ) spoke:

S. eCt~o~ 5: The City Council finds and determines
that it is in the public interest and in 'the furtherance of
proper zoning of the City of Tustin to rezone said property
to the PD zone, and does hereby modify and amend the zon-
ing map of the City of Tustin, adipted, approved and in-
corporated by Ordinance 157, as amended, by change of the
above-described property PD zone.
PASSED AND ADOPTED-at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 5th Day of November , 1962"
