ORDINANCE N0. 186
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA, BY CHANGING THE PROPERTY OF KLATT
TO THE C-1 P ZONE
The City Council of the City of Tustin, California,
does ordain as follows:
S.ect. i..o..n ul: The City Council finds' and determines
that a proper application was filed on behalf of Carl
Klatt for a change of zone of the property described as:
The South 575 feet of the West half
of Lot 14, portion of Block B, A.B.
Chapman Tract, except ing the Newport
Freeway, recorded in Book 102, Page 20,
Parcel 75, Orange County, California.
Section 2: The Planning Commission of the City of
Tustin, duly called, noticed and held a public hearing on
said proposed change on September 24, 1962, in accordance
with Ordinance 157 as amended. At said hearing the follow-
tng person( s ) spoke:
Bob Wild - in favor rezoning.
Section ~: The Planning Commission found and
determined that the public interest would be preserved and
S~ction 4: The City Council duly called, noticed
~ held s public hearing on said proposed zone change in

:30 P.M., on October 15,1962, all in accordance with
