ORDINANCE NO. 182
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING ORDINANCES NOS. 157 AND 175 PERTAINING
TO THE PERMITTING OF ANY USE PERMITTED IN ANY
"R" DISTRICT IN ANY "C" DISTRICT UPON OBTAIN-
ING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT.
The C~ty Council of the City of Tustin does ordain
as follows:
WHEREAS the Planning Commission duly recommended to
the City Council that Ordinances No. 157 and No. 175 be amended
as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS the City Council duly held a regularly
noticed public hearing on said proposed amendment, and good cause
appearing therefore,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that SectDn 4.7 of
Ordinance 157, as amended by Ordinance No. 175, be amended by
deletion of the words, ~'Single Family Dwellings,' and the in-
sertion thereat of the words, "Any use permitted in any 'R'
District".
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 17th day of September, 1962.
