ORDINANCE N0. 179
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE ZONING MAP
OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN BY CHANGING THE
PROPERTY OF PANNELL TO THE P_M ZONE
The City Council of the City of Tustin does or-
dain as follows :.
SeCtion l:. Th~ City Council of the City of
Tustin, California, finds and determines that a proper application
was filed on behalf of ALICE PANNELL, CLARENCE O. PANNELL, HARRY E.
PANNELL AND GLADYS PANNELL, for a change of zone of the property
facing Newport Avenue, 700 feet south of Sycamore and 200 feet
north of the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railroad property, being
more particularly described as:
That portion of Lot 64 in Block ll of
IHVINE SUBD~VISION partly in the City
of Tustin, all in the County of 0rsage,
State of California, as per Map re-
corded in Book 1, Page 88, of Mis-
cellaneous Record Maps, in the office
of the County Recorder of the County

and at said~earing the 'foll~ng persons sooke for said zone change:

Tustin found and determined that the public interest will be pre-
served and promoted b! rezoning said property to the P-M Zone.

Secticn'4: The Planning Commission recommended
to the City Counti! of the City of Tustin, that the property be
rezoned to the P_M Zone.
Section 5: The City Council of the City of
Tustln duly csl!ed and noticed a public hearing on said proposed
zone change on July 2, 1962, at 7:30 P.M~, in the Co~nc~] Chambers
in the City Hall, Tustin, Ca]ifornie~ all in accordance with
Ordinance No. !~? of the City of Tust~n.
S_~_G_~_~_~: Said hearing was duly held, and at
said hearing the following persons spoke:
Willard Poole, on behalf of the owners.
Se~ti0n 7: The City Council of the City of Tustin
finds and determines that it is in the public interest and in
furtherance of proper zoning of the City of Tustin to fezone said
property to the P_M Zone, and does hereby modify and amend the
Zoning Map of the City of Tustin, adopted and approved and incor-
porated by Ordinance No. 157, by change of'the above described
property to the P_M Zone.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Tustin, held on the 6th day of August 1962.

July, 1962, and was given its second reading and duly passed
and adopted at a regular meeting held on the 6th day of August,
1962, by the following vote:
