ORDINANCE NO. 178 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA MODIFYING AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, BY REZONING LARWIN SQUARE TO A C_2P ZONE. - The City Council of the City of Tustin does ordain as follows:: Section 1: The City Council of the City of Tustin finds and determines that a proper application for rezoning was filed by LARWIN SQUARE_TUSTIN, for a change of zone for the property at First and Newport Streets, Tustin, California, from the C-1 Zone to the C-2 Zone. ~Section 2= The Planning CommissiOn of the City of Tustin, California, duly called and noticed a public hearing on the proposed zone change on the 20th day of May, 1962, at 7:30 P.M., in the Council Chambers, in the City Hall, Tustin, California, all in accordance ~-~ with Ordinance No. 157 of the City of Tustin. Said hearing was duly held. Section 3: The~Planning Commission recommended to the City Council that said ~roperty be rezoned from the C-1 Zone to the C-2P Zone. ~ ~ _~_qtiQ.n 4: The City Council of the City of Tustin duly Gelled and noticed a public hearing on the proposed zone change on the llth day of June, 1962, at 7:90 P.M., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Tustin California, a%! SeCtion 5; The City Council of the City of Tustin finds and determines that said property should be rezoned from the C_l to the C-2P Zone. SeCtion 6: The Zoning Map of the City of Tustin is hereby modified and amended by change from the C.1 Zone to the C-2P Zone of the property described as: S92 That portion of the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, in the City of Tustin, County of Orange, State of California, beginning at the northwest corner of BlOck 29 of the Town of Tustin, according to the Map there- of recorded in Book 4, Pages 218 and 219 of MiScellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, n California; thence easterly along the southerly line of First Street, 66 feet wide, North 89© 49' 40" east 735158 feet, and North 89°54'20'' east 463.28 feet, to the.northeast corner of Yorba Subdivision, in the City of Tustin, as shown on a Map thereof recorded:in Book 5, Page ll, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said O 6 Orange County; thence south 39 5 '00 west 1,189,42 feet, along the northwesterly line of Newport Avenue, to the center line inter- ~-~ section of Third Street, abandoned, 66 feet wide; thence south 89o49'40" west 435.37 feet, -~ along said center line, to the easterly line of "H" Street, (~5 feet wide;~th~nce north 910.37 feet, more' or less, along said easterly line of "H" Street, 66 feet wide, to said point of beginning, as shown on the attached Map, and the building lines are hereby established as shown on~Said Map, which iS attached hereto and made a part hereof, ss though fully set forth hereat.
