AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING ZONING AND BUILDING
LINE SETBACK REQUIREMENTS FOR THE TERRITORY
KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS 'BEN BROWN ANNEXATION'
TO THE CITY OF TUSTIN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN:
WHEREAS, on October 17, 1961, a zoning hearing
was held before the City Council ~r the Determination of the
zoning and building line setback requirements for the territory
known and designated as "BEN BROWN ANNEXATION' to the City of
Tustin, notice having regularly been given as required by law,
at that said hearing the written recommendations of the Planning
Commission of the City of Tustin were received~ filed, approved
and adopted; said Planning Commission on October 9, 1961, after
regular notice having been given as required by law, and the
written report and recommendations of the City Engineer
have been received, filed, approved and adopted by the said
Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFOE, the said council of the City
of Tustin does ordain that the zoning and building line setback
requirement' for the property known as the 'BEN BROWN ANNEXATION~
to the City-of Tustin shall be as shown on the map marked ~EX-
HIBIT A" and incorporated herein and made a part hereof, to be
effective upon the completion of said annexation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of
the City of Tustin at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of November, 1961.

that the whole number of the members of the City Council of

Ordinance was duly and regularly introduced and read at the
regular meeting of the City Council held on the 6th day. of
November, 1961, and was given its second reading and duly
passed and adopted at a regular meeting held on the 20th day
of November, 1961, by the following vote:
