ORDINANCE NO. 149
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING ZONING ORDI-
NANCE NO 71 OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, AND
REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY !N THE CITY OF
TUSTIN DESCRIBED HEREIN.
The City Council of the City of Tustin does
ordain as follows:
WHEREAS an application for change of zone boundary
~.and reclassification of zone was filed with...~the City
Clerk by POLLARD & GREENWOOD on that certain real
property herei.nafter described; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of
Tustin, after notice duly given, held a'public hearing
on ]February 1~, 1961, to consider objections to said
rezoning of said real property, all in accordance with
Ordinance No. 71 of the City of Tustim, as amended;
and
WHEREAS, the P!anni~g Commission of the City of
Tustin, after said hearing duly reported in wri ing
to the City Council its recommendations concerning
said rezoning; and
WHEREAS the City Council of the City 5~Tustin,
after notice duly given, held a public hearing on
March 6, 1961, and at sai~ public hearing found and
determined that public necessity, convenience, general
welfare and good zoning practice require certain changes
in the zoning of the property hereinafter deSCribed;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
TustZn does ordain ~s follows:
Section 1: That the following ~Nescribed property,
situated in the City of Tustin, County of Orange, State
of California, be an~ the same hereby is zoned C-2:
[~EGINNING AT A POINT AT THE II.JTE]~SECTION of First
and "H" Street, City of Tustin, west ~66 feet,
thenze south 22~ feet, thence east a~8 feet, thence
south ~1! feet, thence east 308 feet, thence
north 636 feet, to the point of beginning.
The following described property is hereby zoned R-3:
Beginning at a ooint on the Northwest corner
of tract number 2187, thence east Z~8 feet,
thence south 411' feet, to the point of beginn-
ing.
PASSED AND/kDOPTED by the bity Council of the
City of Tustin, Califor~li~, at a regular meeting thereof
hel~ on the 20th day of March, 1961.
