AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING SETBACK LINE
The City Council of the City of Tustin does
ordain as follo�,%Ts:
WHEREAS, in order to prevent and relieve
congestion on streets and highways, to promote the

health, general welfare and safety of the people, to
encourage the most appropriate use of land, and to
conserve and stabilize property values, it is deemed
necessary to establish a setback line and the following
is therefore established:
Section 1: Setback Lines. - There is hereby
established. and, reestablished a set back line along the
following described line:
Beginning at a point on the Westerly line of
Newport Avenue distant Northeasterly 240
feet from the Southerly corner of said Block
11B") thence North 50000 West 170 feet more or
less to East line of South "D" Street in
Block "B", Map of S. Tustin Tract, and no
I building shall be constructed southerly of
said line.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Tustin, on the 21-st day of November, 1960.

does hereby certify that the whole number of the -members
of the City Council of the City of Tustin is five. That
the above and foregoing Ordinance was duly and regularly
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tustin, California, held on the 7th day
of November, 1960; and=was duly passed and adopted at
a. regular meeting of the City Council held on the 21st
day of November, 1960, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN Kidd, Humeston, Byrd, Sheridan, Mack
NOES:, COUNCILMEN'' NONE
