RECEIVE DUE DILIGENCE REVIEW OF LOW AND MODERATE INCOME
HOUSING FUND AND CONVENE PUBLIC COMMENT SESSION
In accordance with California Health and Safety Code (HSC) Section 34179.6,
it is recommended the Oversight Board of the Successor Agency to the Tustin
Community Redevelopment Agency take the following actions:
Motion: It was moved by Board Member Puckett and seconded by Board
Member Nielsen to:
Receive the Due Diligence Review of the Low and Moderate Income
Housing Fund from White Nielson Diehl Evans LLP, the Successor
Agency's certified accountant.
Motion carried 5 -0

Special Meeting Minutes — October 1, 2012
A public comment session to consider public comments pertaining to the Due
Diligence Review of the Low and Moderate Income Housing Funds convened
at 4:03 p.m. with no comments; the comment period will remain open until the
next regular meeting of the Oversight Board on October 9. Public comments
may be submitted to the Clerk's office.
ADJOURNED at 4:04 p.m. The next regular meeting of the Oversight Board of the
Successor Agency to the Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency is scheduled for
October 9, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at 300 Centennial Way, Tustin,
California.
