approve the consent calendar items on the agenda as recommended by staff.

Adopt the attached Oversight Board Resolution No. 12-11, "Resolution of the
Oversight Board of the Successor Agency to the Tustin Community
Redevelopment Agency, Adopting a Conflict of Interest Code."

SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, ADOPTING A CONFLICT OF
INTEREST CODE

3. APPROVE THE DUE DILIGENCE REVIEW OF THE LOW AND MODERATE
INCOME HOUSING FUND AND TRANSMIT THE DETERMINATION OF THE
AMOUNT OF AVAILABLE CASH FOR DISBURSEMENT TO THE
DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND COUNTY OF ORANGE AUDITOR-
CONTROLLER
The public comment session was closed at 4:02 p.m.
Motion: It was moved by Secretary Amante and seconded by Board Member
Nielsen that the Oversight Board:
1. Review the Due Diligence Review of the Low and Moderate Income
Housing Fund from White Nelson Diehl Evans LLP, the Successor
Agency's certified accountant, including comments from the public and
County of Orange Auditor-Controller; and
2. Adopt Oversight Board Resolution No. 12-10, approving the transmittal
to the Department of Finance and County of Orange Auditor-Controller
of the Due Diligence Review's determination of available cash and cash
equivalents for disbursement to taxing entities.

MODERATE INCOME HOUSING FUND BALANCE
