2. SELECTION OF OFFICERS FOR 2013 AND REDESIGNATION OF AN —MEMS
IDENTIFIED POINT OF CONTACT FOR DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE
REVIEW REQUESTS I
1. Select an Oversight Board ("Board") Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary
for the 2013 calendar year; and
2. Designate California Department of Finance ("DoF") points of contact
for the Board; and
3. Approve the attached Resolution No. 12-12 confirming the
appointments and designation.
Motion: It was moved by Board Member Bernstein and seconded by
Board Member Puckett to re-appoint Chair Davert to serve as Chair;
motion carried by unanimous consent.
Motion: It was moved by Chair Davert and seconded by Board Member
Bernstein to re-appoint Vice Chair Fitzsimons as Vice Chair; motion
carried by unanimous consent.
Motion: It was moved by Chair Davert and seconded by Board Member
Bernstein to appoint Board Member Puckett as Secretary; motion
carried by unanimous consent.
Motion: It was moved by Secretary Puckett and seconded by Board
Member Bernstein that Jeffrey C. Parker and Jerry Craig be appointed
Department of Finance points of contact.
Motion carried 5-0
Motion: It was moved by Board Member Bernstein and seconded by
Secretary Puckett to adopt Oversight Board Resolution No. 12-12
confirming the appointments and designation.

A RESOLUTION OF THE OVERSIGHT BOARD OF THE
SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPOINTING OFFICERS AND
DESIGNATING POINTS OF CONTACT WITH THE CALIFORNIA
DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE
3. RECEIVE DUE DILIGENCE REVIEW OF OTHER FUNDS AND CONVENE
PUBLIC COMMENT SESSION
Oversight Board of the Successor Agency to the
Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency
Regular Meeting Minutes — December 11, 2012
Motion: It was moved by Board Member Bernstein and seconded by Vice
Chair Fitzsimons to:
1. Receive the Due Diligence Review of non-Housing Funds Balance from
White Nielson Diehl Evans LLP, the Successor Agency's certified public
accounting firm
Motion carried 5-0
2. Convene a public comment session and consider public comments
pertaining to the Due Diligence Review of the non-Housing Funds
Motion carried 5-0
A public comment session to consider public comments pertaining to
the Due Diligence Review of the Low and Moderate Income Housing
Funds convened at 4:08 p.m. with no comments; the comment period
will remain open until the next regular meeting of the Oversight Board
on January 8, 2013. Public comments may be submitted to the Clerk's
office.
4. DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REVIEW RESULTS OF THE THIRD
RECOGNIZED OBLIGATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND THE DUE
DILIGENCE REVIEW OF THE LOW AND MODERATE INCOME HOUSING
FUND
Motion: It was moved by Secretary Puckett and seconded by Board Member
Bernstein to correct the date on the staff report from June 20 to June 30 and
receive and file.
Motion carried 5-0
ADJOURNED at 4:19 p.m. The next regular meeting of the Oversight Board of the
Successor Agency to the Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency is scheduled for
January 8,°, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at 300 Centennial Way Tustin
