HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 112 (1957)ORDINANCE NO. 112 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 71 OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN AND REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF TUSTIN. The City Council of the City of Tustin does ordain as follows: WHEREAS, public hearings have been duly held in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 71, as amended, and the Planning Commission and the City Council of the City of Tustin have heretofore found that the public interest, general welfare and good zoning practice require an amendment to Ordinance No. 71, NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Tustin does ordain as follows: Section 1. That that certain property situated on the Southwest corner of Third and "F" Streets, more parti- cularly described as Lots 4, 5 and 6 in Block 46 of Tustin City, be rezoned from R-1 to M-1 (light manufacturing district). PASSED AND ADOPTED By the City Council of the City of Tustin at an adjourned regular meeting held on the 17th day of June, 1957. mayor ATTEST: The above and foregoing Ordinance was duly and regularly introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Tustin held on the 10th day of June, 1957, and was duly passed and adopted at an adjourned regular meeting of the City Council held on the 17th day of June, 1957, by 566 the following vote AYES: Councilmen Bacon, Tadlock, Humeston & Byrd NOES Councilmen: None ABSENT: Councilmen: Kidd City Clerk of the City of Tustin
