HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 110 (1957)I as follows: ORDINANCE N0. 110 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 96 ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN PROVIDING FOR HE REGULATION CONTROL AND LICENSING OF DOCS, REQUIRING VACCINATION TO PREVENT RABIES, AUTHORIZING SALE OR DISPOSAL OF STRAY TOGS AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIJLATTON THEREOF, AND REPEALTNG ORDINANCE NO.,5 OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN ENTITLED "4N ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A PU -.LT_C POUND, II TPOSING AN ANNUAL TAX UPON DOGS IN THE CITY OF "USTIN, PROVIDING POR THE IMPOUNDING OF STRAY ANIMALS AND DEFINING THE DUTIES OF THE POUND KEEPER." The City Council of the City of Tustin does ordain Section 1. That Section 6 of Ordinance No. 96 be, and.the same is hereby amended to read as follows "Section 6. RUNNING AT LARGE PROHI"'ITED. It shall be unlawful for any person to allow any dog owned by him, in his custody ;.)r control, to be or to run upon any street, lane, alley, park or other public place within the City of Tustin, unless said doh; is on a leash or under the immediate control of the owner or other person having custody or control of said dog at said time. No owner shall permit any unspayed female dor- to be led or tied in any unfenced plaee'while such female doh; is in heat or bre:�ding condition, or to harbor or keep such female dog so as to attract or decoy male dogs, thus causing a public nuisance or disturbance in the neighborhood." Section 2. In all other respects said Ordinance No. 96 shall remain in full force and effect. Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published pursuant to law and said Ordinance shall be in force and effect thirty (30) days from the date of its adoption. i PASSED AN:) ADOPTED this 10th day of June., 1957. 01y or of thYCi of Tustin.
