ORDINANCE NO. 109
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 71 ZONING
"A. R. MORRIS ANNEXATION TO TUSTIN."
The City Council of the City of Tustin does ordain as
WHEREAS, certain territory has recently been annexed
to the City of Tustin and said territory is known as "A. -R.
Morris Annexation to Tustin"; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Tustin.
has declared it's intention to recommend zoning for said territory
and has duly considered said intention after public hearing duly
held; and
WHEREAS, said Planning Commission has made itis re-
commendations to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, THE CITY COUNCIL held a public hearing on
said proposed amendment to Ordinance No. 71 on February 25,
1957, and has considered the same:
SECTION 1. That the territory comprising "A. R.
Morris Annexation to Tustin" is shown on a map attached hereto
marked "Zoning Map for A. R. Morris Annexation, Ordinance No. 109
Amendment to Ordinance No. 71", and said map attached hereto is
made a part hereof, and the zones and building lines set forth
thereon said map are hereby set and established for said territory,
all in accordance with Ordinance No. 71, as amended.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance, to itis signature by the Mayor, to it's
attestation by the City Clerk and shall cause this Ordinance to be
published by one insertion in the Tustin News, a weekly newspapaer
of general circulation, printed and circulated in the City of Tustin,
Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Tustin at it's regular meeting held on the 8th day of April, 1957•

-The above and foregoing Ordinance was duly and
regularly introduced at. a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Tustin held on the 25th day of March, 1957, and
was duly passed and adopted at a regularmeeting of the City
Council held on the 8th day of April, 1957, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen: Kidd, Bacon, Byrd, Tadlock & Humeston
NOES: Councilmen. None
ABSENT: Councilmen: None
