HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 108 (1957)ORDINANCE NO. 108 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 80 REGULATING DANCE HALLS, DANCING CLUBS AND PUBLIC DANCES IN THE CITY OF TUSTIN. The City Council of the City of Tustin does ordain.as follows: Section 1. Ordinance No. 80 entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Tustin, California Regulating Dance Halls, Dancing Clubs and Public Dances in the City of Tustin" is hereby amended in the following respects: (a) Section 7 thereof is repealed and made of no further effect. (b) Section 8 is amended to read as follows: "Section 8. It shall be unlawful for any intoxicated boisterous or disorderly person to enter, be or remain in any public dance hall, public dance or club dance, or for any person to conduct himself in a boisterous or disorderly manner in any premises where a public dance or club dance is being held." Section 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Ordinance, and shall cause the same to be published once in the TUSTIN NEWS, a weekly newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated within the City of Tustin, and which is hereby designated for that purpose.
