HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 092 (1955)V3 ORDINANCE N0. 92 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN REGULATING THE USE AND MAINTENANCE OF SWIMMING POOLS The City Council of the City of Tustin does ordain as follows; Section 1. A swimming pool shall not be located nearer than five (.5+) feet to any setback line established shed by Section 2, Every swimming pool shall be complete- ly enclosed by a wall, fence 6r other substantial structure less than four not (4►) feet in height with no openings therein (other than doors or gates) larger than three D") inches square.
