AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 71
OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN AND RECLASSIFYING
CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM LOCAL COMMERCIAL
ZONE "C-1" TO GENERAL BUSINESS COMMER-
CIAL ZONE "C-2."
The City Council of the City of Tustin does ordain
as follows: a
-Section 1. That pursuant to the application of
John A. Prescott, approved by the Planning Commission and con-
sidered by.the Council at public hearing, that certain property
located in the City of Tustin, California, described as Lots 3,
4, 5 and b, Block "A", Tract No. 31n Tustin City, commonly
known as 225, 235, 245 and 255 South "D" Streets is hereby re-
classified from C-1 Local Commercial Zone to C-2 General Business
Commercial Zone.
Section 2. That the zoning map contained in Ordin-
ance No. 71 of the City of Tustin dated April 21, 1947, is hereby
amended to show the property hereinabove described in Section 1
hereof to be in the C-2 General Business Commercial Zone.

Section 3. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and made 'ineffective.
Section 1.4.. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance, to its signature by the Mayor, to
its attestation by the City Clerk, and shall cause this Ordin-
ance to be published by one insertion in the Tustin News, a
weekly nQwspaper of general circulation, printed and circulated
in the City of Tustin, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Tustin at its regular meeting held on the -2nd day of 'June,
1952.

the following vote, to wit:

NOES: None
