HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 65 (1943)ORDINANCE No. 65 AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING MINORS FROM LOITERING OR BEING IN CERTAIN PLACES WITHIN THE'CITY OF TUSTIN AT NIGHT. 276 The City Council of the City of Tustin do ordain as follows: Sec.l: It is hereby declaired to be unlawful for any minor child under the age of seventeen (17) years to loiter or remain about any pub- lic place, ally or street in the night time the hour of eight (S) 0,01ock P.M. from the first day of november to the first day of May and after nine (9) O,Clock P.M. from the first day of May to the first day of November of each year, except in persuit_of some nessary or proper business, or except f when accompanied by an adult relative of such,minor. Sec.22 Every violation of this ordinance shall be deemed a misdeme- nor and every person found guilty thereof shall be punished by a fine not E exceeding ten dollars or by imprisonment of not exceeding five days. Sec.3: The City'Clerk shall certyfy to the passage of this Ordinance j and shall cause the same to be published once in the Tustin News, a weekly newspaper of general circulation printed, published and circulated in the City of Tustin, Orange County, Califmrnia, and said Ordinance shall take ef- fect and be'in full force and effecf thirty (30) days from the date df its final passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED bythe City Council of the City of Tustin,at its re- gular meeting held on the 17day of May,1943.
