ORDINANCE No. .463
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 9 OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE FOR
THE PREVENTION AND PUNISHMENT OF CERTAIN OF—
FENCES AGAINST THE PEACE, GOOD .ORDER ,AND
PUBLIC HEALTH OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN."
The City Council of the City of Tustin does ordain as
follows:
Section 1: Section 1 of Ordinance No. 9 of ile City of
Tustin entitled "An Ordinance for the Prevention and Punishment of
Certain Offences against the Peace, Good Order and Pt<blic Health
of the City of Tustin," is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 1 (a): It shall be unlawful for any person to
be or to appear in any public place or in any place open to public
.view or public..admission, or on any street, alley, highway, court,
park, railway depot, place of public square, or in any automobile,
in the City -of Tustih, in ,a state of drunkenness or intoxication.
"(b) It shall be unlawful for any person to drink any
alcoholic liquors -on -any street,a,lley, highway, court, park,
railway depot,; place or public square, or in any automobile in
any public place in the City of Tustin.
"(c) It shall be unlawful for any person within the
corporate limits of the City of Tustin to be guilty of any noisy,
drunken or. disorderly oonduot, or to be drunk and asleep or to
lay upon any of the streets, alleys or sidewalks of said City, or;
to be drunk and^ wSie":G so drunk expose himself upon the public
streets of said city."
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the
passage
of this Ordinance and ,shall cause the same to be published once inr''
the Tustin_News, a weekly newspaper of general circulation, printed,i,
published and circulated in the City of Tustin, Orange County,
California, and said Ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force and effect thir$y (30) days from the date of its final pas*
sage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the Civof
Tustin at its regular meeting held on the day of
1942.
