ORDINANCE NO. 54
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN;
CALIFORNIA,. AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 22
OF SAID CITY ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE
PROVIDING FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF A
PRUMBING INSPECTOR, DEFINING HIS DUTIES
AND FIXING HIS COMPENSATION, REGULAT—
ING THE METHOB OF CONSTRUCTING PLUMB—
ING WORK, HOUSE DRAINAGE AND GAS FIT—
TING, PROVIDING FOR THE INSPECTION
THEREOF AND THE ISSUANCE OF PERMITS
THEREFOR, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR
THE VIOLATION OF SAID ORDINANCE", AS
AMENDED.
,The Board of Trustees and City Council of the City
of Tustin, California, do ordain as follows:
Section 1: That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 22 of the
City of Tustin is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 1. APPOINTMENT OF PLUMBING INSPECTOR.
" The Board of Trustees and City Council
of the City of Tustin shall appoint a Plumbing Inspector for
the City of Tustin who shall hold office during the pleasure
of said City Council of said City. Sail Plumbing Inspector.
shall receive such compensation for his services as may be
determined and fixed by said City Council.'!'
Section 2: All other provisions of said Ordinance
No. 22, as amended, shall be and remain in full force and
effect.
Section 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the
passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be pub—
lished once in the Tustin News, a weekly newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published and circulated in the City
of Tustin, Orange County, California, and sail Ordinance shall
take effect and be in full force and effect thirty (30) days
from the date of its final passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Tustin, California, at its regular meeting held on the

The above and foregoing Ordinance was duly and re-
gularly introduced at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tustin held on the 1st day of
December , 19 41 and was duly passed and adopt-
ed at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
15th day of December , 1941 by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmen: Wilson, Kidd, Logan, Kiser, and
Forney.
NOES: Councilmen: None
ABSENT: Councilmen: None
