SECTION5331N TO DESIGNATE CINDY LANE AND LETTY LANE
4 FOR PARKING BY PERMIT ONLY
5' The City Council of the City of Tusti.n, California does
hereby ordain as follows:

The City Council hereby. finds and determines as
7 follows:
8 WHEREAS, the City has received numerous complaints
regarding the on-street parking of vehicles overflowing from
9 apartments and condominiums within 'the City; and
10 WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the most
appropriate method of managing the problem of overflow

'12 " implementatiOn of' a "Pa'rking. by 'PermitI Only" system during
certain hours for residents of those streets.
13 NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Tustin, California does hereby further ordain that Section
14 5331n of the Tustin City Code be amended as follows:
15 SECTION 5331 STOPPING, STANDING OR PARKING RESTRICTED OR
16 PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN STREETS.·
17 n Parking by Permit Only
18 The following area(s) have been designated to require a special parking permit to
19 park vehicles on the streets between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., seven
(7) days a week.

1. Heatherfield Drive and' Sandwood Place between Mitchell Avenue
21 and Cloverbrook Drive.
22 2. Rosalie Place and Quent Drive.
3. Cindy Lane and Letty Lane.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
25 Tustin, California, on April 1, 1996.

Pamela Stoker, City Clerk and ex-officio Clerk of the City Council of
the City of Tustin, California, does hereby certify that the whole
number of the members of the City Council of the City of TuStin is
five; that the above and foregoing Ordinance No. 1164 was introduced at
a regular meeting of the City Council held on March 18, 1996 and was
passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held on
April 1, 1996 by the following vote:
