The Company agrees to guarantee -ts.on completion of work that should a leek occur in the roof, for which this is an order, through faulty material or work•
menship, we will repair the some free of charge, for a period of .................. years, provided we have had a resonable notice. This guarantee shell not be construed
to cover any liability for damage or injury, due to leakage to interior fixtures, decorations, walls, contents or any part of the structure. This agreement shell
cover only faulty materials or workmanship and shall not extend to damage to roofing caused by extreme winds, lightning, hall -storms, earthquake or other un-
usual causes, or through accidental injury or abuse; it being understood that the roof receive ordinary care. It will be the duty of the holder of this guarantee
or the party notifying us under the guarantee, to ascertain with reasonable assurance that the leaks to reported, are entering the building through the roof applied
by us. Theactual expense incurred will be charged for an examination disclosing sold leaks to be other then in our work.
IT IS MUTUALLY UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED that above guarantee shall be made and remain effectivo only when and If payment Is made as agreed in
the contract; thatinterestwill bs Chergodif payment becomes delinquent; that in event of on action brought -for collection, the Company shell recover all collet•
tion costs• court costs and a reasonable attorney's fee. the the amount of such attorney's fees shall be such amount a the court shall adjudge reasonable; that
