FAX Machine (714)573-3113 The following findings 'are required before a Certificate of Appropriateness is issued: a. The proposed work conforms to the Municipal Code and design standards which may be established from time to time by the Cultural Resources Committee. b. The proposed work does not adversely affect the character of the ,District or Designated Cultural Resources within the District. C. The proposed work is harmonious with existing surroundings. The extent of harmony shall be evaluated in terms of appropriateness of materials, scale, size, height, placement and use of a new building or, structure in relationship to existing buildings and structures and the surrounding setting. 4 ,, Certificate of Appropriateness 100 West Main Street Page 2 The Community Development Department and . the Community Redevelopment Agency has reviewed the proposal to remodel the exterior of the existing office building located at 100 West Main Street (Design Review 93-012) and has determined that the proposed work is in conformance with the above requirements. The proposed work is hereby approved, subject to the conditions contained in the Community Redevelopment Agency Resolution No. RDA 93-9, attached.
