(714) 573-3117 Code Enforcement (714)573-3134 Dear Mr. Picardal: Business License In accordance with Ordinance No. 1001 which was adopted (714) 573-3144 June 20, 1988 by the Tustin City Council, the Community Inspection Requests Development Director has the authority to approve, (714) 573-3141 approve with conditions or deny Certification of Graffiti Hot Line Appropriateness for improvements requiring a City (714) 573-3111 building permit for property located within a Cultural Resource District. FAX Machine (714)573-3113 The following findings are required before a Certificate of Appropriateness is issued: a. The proposed work conforms to the Municipal Code and design standards which may be established from time to time by the Cultural Resources Committee. b. The proposed work does not adversely affect the character of the District or Designated Cultural Resources within the District. C. The proposed work is harmonious with existing surroundings. The extent of harmony shall be evaluated in terms of appropriateness of materials, scale, size, height, placement and use of a new building or structure in relationship to existing buildings and structures and the surrounding setting. • Certificate of Appropriateness 425 West Main Street Page 2 The Community Development Department has reviewed the proposal to replace the garage siding, construct a carport, and construct an addition to the rear of the structure at the above mentioned address and has determined that the proposed work is in conformance, with the above requirements. The proposed work is hereby approved subject to the following conditions: 1. All new materials and finishes shall match the.existing materials and finishes of the existing structure on the site. 2. All new construction shall be painted to match existing structures on the site.
