The proposed roofing material is similar in appearance to the existing material and is appropriate for the subject building. The proposed work is hereby approved, subject to the following conditions: 1. Prior to the start of any roofing work, the applicant shall obtain a building permit and pay all applicable plan check and permit fees. 2. Any replacement or repair of an existing feature of the roof (ie. facia, gutters, downspout, roof vents, chimneys) shall match the existing materials, finish and colors of the existing structure.
