The proposed work is hereby approved subject to the following conditions:. 1. All removed landscaping shall be replanted following completion of the proposed work. 2. The applicant shall obtain all required building permits and pay all applicable plan check and permit fees to the Building Division. 3. All construction shall be completed in conformance with the approved plans.
