(714) 573-3141 The following findings are required before a Certificate Graffiti Hot Line of Appropriateness is issued: (714) 573-3111 FAX Machine a. The proposed work conforms to the Municipal Code (714) 573-3113 and design standards which may established from time to time by the Cultural Resources Committee. b. The proposed work does not adversely affect the character of the District or Designated Cultural Resources within the District. C. The proposed work is harmonious with existing .surroundings. The extent of harmony shall be evaluated in terms of appropriateness of materials, scale, size, height, placement and use of a new building or structure in relationship to existing buildings and structures and the surrounding setting. s Certificate of Appropriateness 310-314 So. Pacific Street February 17, 1995 The Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed re- roofing plans for a residential structure and has determined that the proposal is in conformance with the above requirements. The proposed slate composition shingle roofing material is similar in appearance to the existing material and is appropriate for the subject building-. The proposed work is hereby approved, subject to the following conditions: 1. Prior to the start of any roofing work, the applicant shall obtain a building permit and pay all applicable plan check and permit fees. 2. Any replacement or repair of an existing feature of the roof (ie. facia, gutters, downspout, roof vents, chimneys) shall match the existing materials, finish and colors of the existing structure.
