Certificate of Appropriateness 185 South Pacific Street January 16, 1996 The Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed re- roofing plans for the non-contributing residential structure at 185 South Pacific Street and has determined that the proposal is in conformance with the above requirements. The proposed 50 year minimum Class B fiber cement roofing material (Maxitile) is appropriate for the subject non-contributing building. The proposed work is hereby, approved, subject to the following conditions: 1. Prior to the start of any roofing work, the applicant shall obtain a building permit and pay all applicable plan check and -permit fees. 2. Any replacement or repair of an existing feature of the roof (i.e. facia, gutters, -downspout, roof vents, chimneys) shall match the existing materials, finish and colors ofthe existing structure. 644_ _ , 4� Christine A.
