The proposed project includes the removal of an existing. composite roof to be replaced with a new 30 -year composite shingle roofing (color: Slate Gray). The structure is a 13 -rated Victorian Italianate listed in the Tustin Historical Resources Survey. The Community Development Department finds and determines as follows: *A. The proposed work conforms to the Municipal Code and any applicable design standards in that in accordance with TCC -Section 910 (m) the proposed roof is a class B cnv rip a��emhly B.
