In accordance with ordinance No. 1001 which was adopted June 20, 1988. by the Tustin City Council, the Community Development Director tar has the authority to approve, approve with conditions, or deny Certificates of Appropriateness for improvements requiring a City building permit for property located within a Cultural Resource District. The Community Development Department finds and determines as follows- A. Prior to the start of any work, the applicant shall obtain a buil in permit and pay all applicable plan check and permit fees. 2- New siding on the front elevation shall wrap the end corners by a minimum of two feet on side elevations and shall terminate with vertical trim. 3. The replacement or repair of any pail of existing strUcture other than the front elevations shall be coordinated to match the existing exterior materials, finish, and colors as proposed of the existing structure. 4- Prior to project final and occupancy,, field inspection shall be conducted to verify consistency with the approved set of plans.
