AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TUSTIN CITY CODE
SUBSECTION 5331n REGARDING DESIGNATION OF
ZONES FOR PARKING BY PERMIT ONLY
The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, hereby ordains the following:
SECTION I: The City Council finds and determines:
A. Preferential permit parking was approved for Birchfield Drive, Sandbrook Drive,
and Silverbrook Drive on August 16, 2016 and was inadvertently removed from the
program through the adoption of Ordinance No. 1494.
B. An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Tustin is required to re-establish
preferential permit parking on these streets.
SECTION II: Subsection 5331 n of the Tustin City Code is hereby amended to add
subsection (16) as follows:
(16) Birchfield Drive, Sandbrook Drive and Silverbrook Drive
SECTION III: This Ordinance shall become effective on the 31 st day after its adoption on
the second reading. The designated permit -only parking area shall be enforced after
the effective date.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council for 'the City of
Tustin on the 17th day of April 2018.
