BUSINESS CALENDAR - It was moved by Chair Pro Tem Davert, seconded by Agency
member Amante, to approve items 1 and 2 as recommended by staff. Motion carried 5-0.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES - SPECIAL MEETING OF OCTOBER 18, 2004
Motion: Approve the Tustin Public Financing Authority Minutes of October 18, 2004.

CONVEYANCE OF TUSTIN PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY (TPFA)
PROPERTY AT TUSTIN LEGACY TO CITY OF TUSTIN
Motion:
2.a.
Adopt resolution.
TPFA RESOLUTION NO. 05-01 - A resolution of the Tustin Public
Financing Authority of the City of Tustin re-certifying the Final
Environmental Impact Report for the reuse and disposal of the former
MCAS Tustin as complete and adequate pursuant to the California
Environmental Quality Act for the conveyance of property at the former
MCAS Tustin
2.b.
Authorize the Executive Director, or his designee to execute any necessary
Quitclaims of property at Tustin Legacy from the Tustin Public Financing
Authority to the City of Tustin, as necessary to facilitate economic
redevelopment in accordance with the MCAS Tustin Reuse Plan and
Tustin Public Financing Authority Meeting
