ORDINANCE NO. 1244
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TUSTIN CITY CODE
SECTION 5331n TO DESIGNATE MYRTLE AVENUE BETWEEN
MAIN STREET AND SECOND STREET FOR PARKING BY
PERMIT ONLY
The City Council of the City of Tusti'n,' California does hereby ordain as
follows'
WHEREAS, th'e City. has receiVed numerous complaints regarding the on- '
street parking of vehicles overflowing from apartments and condominiums within
the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the most appropriate
method of managing the problem of. overflow street parking .in residential areas
would be the implementation of a "Parking'by Permit Only" .system during-cer[ain
hours'for residents of those streets.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Tustin, California does
hereby ordain that Section 5331n of the Tustin City Code' be amended as follows'
SECTION 5331 STOPPIN'G,. STANDING OR PARKING RESTRICTED
OR PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN STREETS.

Parking by Permit Only
The following area(s) h'ave been designated to require a special parking
permit to park vehicles on the streets between the hours of'.2:00 a.m. and 6'00
a.m., seven' (7) days a week.

Heatherfield Drive and Sandwood Place between Mitchell Avenue and
Cloverbrook Drive.
